This court contains the living quarters for all the Duco Masters, and a few Duco. Most Duco live in town with their families and Apprentice Duco. The end of the Duco Court is a triangular shaped area called the Addo Simul and is where all three courts meet to socialize.

This court contains the living quarters for all the Scripsi Masters, and a few Scripsi. Most Scripsi live in town with their families and Apprentice Scripsi. The end of the Scripsi Court is a triangular shaped area called the Addo Simul and is where all three courts meet to socialize.

This court contains the living quarters for all the Oro Masters, and a few Oro. Most Oro live in town with their families and Apprentice Oro. The end of the Oro Court is a triangular shaped area called the Addo Simul and is where all three courts meet to socialize.

The Peculium (roughly translating to 'property of slaves') is the living quarters for the Sicco. Located beneath the Council's chambers, with three spiral staircases that lead directly upward for easy access to the higher floors of the Courts.

Located in what was the original center of the courts, this roofless area is where all the Masters train their Apprentices. A Council member can often be found walking through the open space, monitoring the progress of the most recent batch of Apprentices. All three courts work side by side to encourage competition.

This is the housing district where all the people of Vafer make their homes outside of the people who live in the courts. The houses are every shape, size, color, and style, people take great pride in being able to design their own homes.

The section of town in which most of the runaway Sicco and corrupt citizens of Vafer live is called the Hio. The area is not obviously different from the rest of the housing district, but law-abiding citizen tend to stay clear.
